Is UNG going to fly?

It seems that since it's droping, UNG has build a pretty sound base here. Recently it break out of the base and attempted previous support region and pullled back.

I started to load one portion today and will slowly build it if it keep falling down. The plan is to stop out if pirce broke previous low and hopefully it will hit 10.75-11 area.I was thinking to play some options today. Any HTers' suggestion to what striking price and time frame I should buy?

Be careful. Natural gas supply is quite aplenty, which is bearish on gas price.

UNG每个月都有contango，长期持有得不偿失。你看看天然气价格和UNG的比较图就知道了。

我有个朋友持有了半年左右，亏掉30%+，那段时间天然气涨了30%+。

That's true. But how inventory is related to UNG price. I remember last time the inventory is high but UNG still broke out. It may well depend on how the inventory number is interpreted. Just my 2c.

I am bullish on UNG too. I won't be suprised if it consolidate 1 or 2 more days with light volume
I bought some AUG 6 calls friday, almost no time value, just like buying stock.

Seasonal, Nature Gas is going up since Middle of July. No idea about UNG.
