Bear Market Rules:

§ Oversold conditions are dangerous in that they often get worse.

§ Overbought conditions may present a selling opportunity

§ New Equity long positions should be short term only. In summary long positions are tactical trades not long term investments. (Said differently Dip Buying early in a Bear often is a mistake.)
