[西式糕点] my secret recipe---Angel Cake!

materials:
1, Flour 1/2 cup, corn starch 1/2 cup and 2 teaspoon baking powder mix well. (not baking soda otherwise the cake taste a little bitter)

2, eggs 6pcs; separate egg white and egg yolk in two containers.

3, sugar 1/4 cup to 1 cup   

4,vegetable oil 1/2 cup

5, liquid (water, milk or orange juice) 1/2 cup

6, cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon

cup size is 250 ml (half size of water bottle)

process:

1. egg white + 1/3 sugar + cream of tartar beat well (until it looks like cream and snow white, even the container is turned over the cream still stick there and won't fall off) (here I use hand mixer)

2. egg yolk + 2/3 sugar beat well; + oil beat well; + liquid beat well; + flour mixed and mix well.

3. add egg white and mix well  

4. pour mixed to a tube pan, or muffin baking cup pan. (don't forget add paper baking cup into the tube or cup)

5. 350 Fahrenheit  bake 30~45 mins until top is brown. (when cake is ready, the whole room has this nice cake smells)

6. take it out, put the pan upside down until cool (this is to keep the shape)

I baked 6 times in two weeks, each time my baking is succeed.
