好象定期总有那么一阵做得很烂，处处不顺，该捂的止损了，卖在最低，不该卖的乱卖，还买在高处。大家是怎么处理这样的时期？木鸡一段吗？还是这就是标准的青蛙经历。。。

谢了，倒是没疲劳，挺郁闷的，因为也不是赌似的瞎炒，都是看了图，分析后精心挑选。但就跟你拧着来。可能也有心态问题，追涨杀跌，按理我也不是新股民了，经验教训可以写文章了。

休息一段时间，只看图不动，然后只做自己熟悉的基本面没有问题的个股。最好做swing trade, DT很难把握容易把心态搞坏。还有，在股市最好不要有暴发的心态（很难），心态要平和，有赚吃个鱼头鱼身或鱼尾就好。最好不做垃圾股，很容易输大。

最近有几个印象深刻的例子，跟大家说说。
1. acxm，明明知道强势，15.5进，hold了几天看没怎么动，15.6出了。明明没有跌破任何支撑和均线，不守纪律没耐心。
2. solf，7进，没到心里止损价位6，慌忙出在了6.2，看来也是不守纪律
3. fslr，赌左边104时call110当月，买完就跌，不慌，加仓在101附近等收在100下止损，hold了几天，不知昨天那根筋不对扔在最低，本来有赚不走
。。。得，就先这仨吧。

是，以前DT来着，没找到好方法，现在很少了。同意炒股炒的是耐心。

首先申明一下，我是标准的青蛙，个人的看法仅供娱乐：太阳能股是最难炒的资源股，FSLR如果从中长期看一波波往下走，每次季报都得大跌一下，长期的buy & hold对这类股票不适用，所以很难做，而且一跌很容易慌了手脚，赚钱效应不佳，只能做momentum。中概太阳能上串下跳波动太大，技术分析一般很难看懂。还是做其他的能源股（煤啊啥的）比较稳当。

良言啊，不应该动技术分析不明的股，看来选股有很大问题。fslr倒只是想抢个短线反弹，要不不买当月的call

define your timeframe first. Are you trading daily, weekly or 60 min,  30 min charts? if you are trading longer timeframe, intraday movement should not have any impact on your trading plans...

Yes, disciplines are important too. But that is an "easy to say, hard to do"  thing for many people.

exactly, seems like discipline is my issue here. Well, speaking of timeframe, I watch them all to determine what strategies I should apply. I do read daily chart more than others, so you are right, intraday movement shouldn't be that important if I stick to my plan. The problem is I don't have that much confidence in each of my trading. Here we go, confidence is another factor in trading, just don't be assertive.

My lesson learned is,

1. after many trade system & strategy, the best one for me is focus on trading one chart: ES or SPY. DT or ST or combination.

2. keep watching your trade records and statistics results. when your daily or weekly performence (gain% & win/loss ratio) is worse than average, cut your trade position by half.

3. never give up, but protect your trade cap
