一般入围以后才会background check。说明有希望。加油！

1. Offer means you are the best match for the position. The hiring manager wants to have you on board. 2. Background check is after you get the offer. However, your employment is contigent on passing the background check. In another word, if you fail the background check, your offer is invalid. Background check is different from reference check. Reference check is typically before offer.
