近来biotech 轮涨， 我也给出自己已经观察了半年的一个股票 OXGN

Pipeline 很强， 1个phase3， 3个phase2. 很多trial都临近出结果的日期.

二月三号有OXGN和VXGN合并议案的VXGN股东投票。这是VXGN第二次为与其它公司合并而进行的股东投票，如果通过，将会给oxgn带来$33的cash，但股价稀释的代价很小(增发15.6m)。如果没有通过，VXGN也会付给OXGN$1.4m。

因为临近VXGN合并案的投票，OXGN很有可能会放出好的消息来推动议案通过。最有可能的是
OXI4503 trial(Primary completion date Dec 2009)

还有OXGN的short intrest很高，6% floating。下面是最近的数据，short squeez的可能性很高

OXGN最近的图也有突破迹象.

最后, 让投资OXGN风险降低的一个因素是insiders(board directors)最近全部提前获取了2010年前半年的board service的stock option, 应该都是在看好股价的上涨.

Since it is heavily shorted. If this thing drop, it will also be big. Just be careful.

似乎ＯＸＧＮ今天有些short squeeze 的迹象了 买了的应该都赚些了吧
原因是和ＶＸＧＮ的合并案投通过票的人数似乎过了５０％
所以想追的还可以追些　应该还能涨

merge案黄了 晕死了 这么的好事vxgn不要
但是很有可能oxgn反而要short squeeze
因为据怀疑原来short oxgn的机构是用vxgn来hedge
现在不能换股了,他们必须买回来
但是其它机构也会抢着买
因为oxgn近期会有很多结果
所以今天消息出来oxgn没怎么跌
反而vxgn降了
