关于QQQ和她的收费blog

首先声明我从没有加入过QQQ的blog，也没有计划在将来加入此ID的收费blog。我本人不认识QQQ，也没有和他/她，以及blog的business有任何关系。

今天俺下午收到一个胡同ID发来的短消息，俺对此ID在这里的印象，除了尊敬就是钦佩，为了保护此ID的隐私权和负责任的态度，下面的陈述是我根据看到的写出来的，我没有原封不动的copy and paste。以我个人的理解以及受过义务教育的正常心智的普通人，看了此短消息的理解，本人保证没有歪曲陈述此短消息

以下是看到的短消息：
QQQ的第二个trading camp 有10个人去了，10人中没有一个人盈利。那是一个tough的星期，again。这次的camp fee是每人交美元3000，他们得到了美元1000的退款。因此，对于QQQ来说是一个星期美元20，000的gross profit （risk free），这个和第一次的trading camp是一样的。到年底，还有2个trading camp将要举行。这个business model is not bad at all。

结束

我对那些感觉被欺骗的member的建议：

1.        保留于QQQ blog以及QQQ本人的所有email 和 message 往来
2.        保留QQQ blog内的相关内容和 screenshot的证据
3.        保留所有QQQ blog的 trading record
4.        保留所有的receipt和书面交易的相关文件（合同）
5.        寻找有相同经历的其他member，人多力量大
6.        你们可以查查一些类似的legal case的情况，最近的就有Mandoff，他被判了150年

我希望版主能够保留此帖，在主板，我对我以上所陈述的负有全权责任。

Don't know the details and the key is in the contract details.  There is nothing wrong for being transparent.

YMYD or MMMD is fine as long as there is no misleading fake ad and honoring contract.

The keys is not fee-based service itself.  If you don't have fake (intentional made-up) ad and honor contract (such as refund before deadline if not satisfied), that's perfectly fair.  Even the service is lousy, still fine.

What I am against is hiding facts intentionally.  If so, it might be basis for certain legal case though I am qualified to comment without detailed research.

First of all, I again respect you as a human being and remind you this is public place. This is nothing to do with HT, and this is my company's own business.

from what do you posted, I know the person or you made up, is not the member who attend the camp, so you do not have right to post this info. Plus, the info you posted here is not correct.

(1) The # of people who attended the camp is not 10
(2) The tuition fee is not $3000

That is enough!
