哪里有免费的20分钟delay的alert

不想经常看一下股市情况。希望能够有自动的提醒。能自己设置。

Something like email alert when a price of a stock reaches a point, or the index reaches a point.  I used to use yahoo's free email alert but yahoo's service is too out of date, usually several days late.  By the time I saw the alert, the market opportunity has gone.

I would like to have free alerts, best within half an hour delay.  The alerts automatically send to my email address.  Anyone can give some suggestions?

雅虎的服务太差。等受到他们的Alert，黄花菜都凉了。Delay半个小时可以。

如实在没有这种免费的午餐，我就只好写一点cron job了。
