This is not a panic selling, but orderly retreat ? ( or a normal pull back.)
You mean CPC is dropping, Tick is no more than 800. That is not many people are buying.
What does  ALL OF it tell you about this MKT ?

TICK means没有买盘，股票以自身的重量下跌，but definitely there's no urgence to sell，所以下降趋势还远远没有形成呢。
