I still like DNDN, this is the DNA or AAPL for the next decade, my price target for it is $100 per share.

1) This is the best cancer cure ever.
2) All similar previous trials by other competitors failed, so it's very difficult to duplicate.
3) From CEGE data(GVAX), we can see that in order to come up with similar drug phase II and phase III trial combined will take at least 6 years, that put any potential competitor at least 6 years behind the curve.

IT"S NOT A CURE, IT MERELY  PROLONGS THE LIFE SPAN OF THE PATIENTS.

THEREFORE DNDN IS MOST LIKELY TO FAIL ALSO.

THERE ARE LOTS OF CLINICAL TRAIL GOING ON WITH CANCER IMMUNOTHERAPY, NOT JUST FROM THESE TWO.

So far only two "cancer vaccines" are approved by FDA: A vaccine against the hepatitis B virus, which can cause liver cancer in chronically infected people, and a vaccine against human papillomavirus types 16 and 18, which are responsible for about 70 percent of all cases of cervical cancer:

I am a MD PhD doing immunology and cancer research.  I too hope one shot at DNDN may give me early retirement, but I suggest you all to use caution at least.

Stem cell research: very promising because of the lift of the ban on embryonic stem cell.
Cancer stem cell research is very hot too, those cells are the ones you want to kill for a cure, not happening yet.
GERN: I don't know this one, sorry.
