Make your Cash ready if Earning is good, then hit the button to buy for long to year-end. If no good, wait to buy Dip, if intc gives us a buy-dip opportunity, then Thank INTC.

Conclusion: Whatever INTC earning and forecast good or bad, that is a opportunity for US. Dip == Strong Buy Chip; Up == Super Buy Chips.
