Because I didn't have specific data to research, I just tried to give one answer based on chart only.
Please observe the shape before 20, it's different  from the shape of 20 to 21. I believed that Chan master
felt the 1F top coming and recorded 1 lF line and noticed other guys to place sell
orders at the same time. Obviously the 1F ZQ was formed after 20 to confirm he was right . Anyway,it's just my 2 cents.

In second picture, probably Chan master wanted to warn the Chan students
to play 1F because the time window was just so short that most of Chan students
couldn't exit on time.

In my view, if the first up B from 2 place were in the BI ZQ from 1 place, I would define
it as 1F line. The structure like 2 place, it's best to run fast for the traders to hold short position.
There is no way for Chan master to define it as 1F line because the big up rank was very strong in first stage.

Anyway, it's OK to have difference of 1F line definition due to many reasons. Eventually Chan players can agree
on the line definition in big ranks. Chan master created three technical analysis systems which the definition of BI,line and ZQ
is just one of them.

非同级别分解，走势在22和24点时，5分中枢的范围分别在哪里？

看来大家忙着赚钱去了，我自问自答吧 :)
同级别分解20-21-22-23-24。特别注意，21点不是最低点。

9点时，1分中枢0-3扩张成为0-9 5f中枢，中枢范围是5-0。
22点时，扩张走势背驰，9-22和0前一段比较力度。
23点破坏了0-9中枢，3段1分走势升级的5F中枢完美，中枢范围是23-20。扩张中枢演化为普通的3段中枢。
此后的分析，以新5F中枢为基础，23-24和20前的走势比较力度。在中枢震荡中，一般要做1分同级别分解，后续走势都是中枢的延伸。
