I already cut the TNA this morning. DT TZA several times, and will buy back TNA later. Thanks for your suggestion!

谢谢您！我目前的状况是亏得多，赚得少，当然是新手加臭手了。今天我有两次设单买TNA＠32.50和32.00，可惜，没自信，都撤了。若不撤单的话，买入后都有2块的上涨幅度。我这水平可真的是太臭了，就当纸交了，看来真的还需要多多操练呀。

agree, things will get better. Sell a bit when it bounces, buy some when there are new lows. A good mental state is most important.

我其实这段时间大多是DT，昨天没跑是存了侥幸心理。可悲的教训呀。

我说不像新手是因为你cut tna后追涨tza以减少损失，非常好，但要小心因急于挽回损失而over trade。我是新手时一般割肉后正发呆调整心情呢 脑袋一懵，不是瞻前顾后，就是乱trade一气，损失更多。

如果你认为自己是新手，建议先别碰3倍ETF，波动大影响判断。拿regular ETF练手，等对自己判断有信心了再玩儿刺激的。炒股不追求次次盈利，而是盈利的持续性，overall winning 大于losing，你懂的。。。

还有，现在这种volatility的股市不常见，小心为妙。保本永远是第一位的！

I sold my TNA the day before yesterday at 44.90. I responded too slow and missed the chance to sell it at 45.30. Otherwise, I would have shorted it at the same time. Last night I set up a buy order at 35.00 and saw it below 35 after waking up this morning. My check on the confirmation notice showed that my order was filled at 33.14. Didn't sell it at 34.50 today, will hold it till next week if SPX could hold above 1125 tomorrow.
