I think GFT, Oanda, MB trading and Dukascopy are OK.
don't know 4XP.

I compared and GFT looks good to me. I also contact with them. The next are some information maybe useful for anyone who interested.

The demo account is good for a 30 day trial.
There are no service fees. the only thing to look for is an inactivity fee - they ask you place 1 trade every 30 days, If you are unable to do so they can freeze your live account and you will not be subject to any fees.
The cost to trade is limited to the spread
The minimum size to trade can go down to a 1,000 lot size.
