Copy rate is 20-25MB/sec for large files, around 50MB/sec for small files.

如果是gigabyte network的话，COPY RATE的bottleneck应该是硬盘本身的速度吧？

yeah, could be. I use SMB.
People say that Openfiler has slightly better performance on SMB because SMB runs better on Linux. But FreeNAS can be installed in USB stick (save one SATA port) and has more friendlier GUI, so I am gonna go with FreeNAS. Next I will try NFS and iscsi if I have time.
