We are just not lucky with all kinds of injuries this season. With AAA players to earn a series split with you guys, not bad I think...

Boston is doing a good job with injuries. But in order to earn a spot in postseaon, they need to knock out either Yanks or Rays. I would say the chance is slim.

4 game series split is unacceptable for Yanks. Yanks so far blew 3 games vs. Boston with 5 run lead.

Yeah man. It's tough. I would say the Yanks will finish first. We will still play TB 3 times before the end of the season. And 2 starting pitchers of TB went to DL, I think that's our hope...

Alex Rodriguez became the major league’s RBI leader tonight by hitting three home runs in a game for the fourth time in his career. It as his first three-homer game since April 26, 2005, and it lifted the Yankees to an 8-3 win in Kansas City. Rodriguez homered in each of his last three at-bats — Nos. 19, 20 and 21 for the season — with the first home run beginning a three-homer sixth inning for the Yankees. Phil Hughes got the win, his 14th of the season.
