It's a busy day at work, but let's have today's review, particularly it is the first down day for a while.
Psychologically, it's not pleasant for bulls, but we trend followers have to sit tight and accept normal fluctuations as long as the overall up trend is intact, which cannot be changed with simply one down day. Particularly it does not look like bears are starting their attack with a big trending bear bar.
As for bonds, only Bund is breaking out, but maybe due to its early closing ... US 10yr tested but failed the S/R level. Let's see how tomorrow turns out.
Currency majors are consistent with yesterday's actions. Again AUD's slide is nice. Hope you are catching it.
EURO're reaction is interesting and is consistent with the last hour's bond/equity moves, which were due to the Fed comments of a dovish non-voting member.
The feeling of moving profit out of the futures trading account is great even if the positions are not liquidated due to the trend following method. See my thread on money management.
