When we use Aroon as trend indicator, we should be pay attention to the period. For the current market, I would think period 5 to 7 is good for a Swing Trader.  25 is too big even for position trader.  Reset the period, you will see the different story.

Aroon crossover is more popular than Aroon oscillator. Just my 2 cents, Do your own study.
