老九 ,if house will drop for a few more monthes, then this could be stock bottom. But I think house should not bottom until 2011.

agree with u. I was only talking about short term. Housing downturn usually takes about 4 years and then stablize. So, if this started in 2007, the downward spiral should continue into 2010-2011.

The market might stablize for a while, but will go down in July after second quarter ER released. Banks will fall hard again in second quarter.
