   let's say you trade 200 day per years, the gain is 200 x$4,000 = $800,000

    I don't think you can meet anybody who play 100 contract in  here...
    10 contract will make you very high pressure... thoese guys normally no talking during trading

These days not lucky, lose more trades than wins. But I found if I ask for 3 ticks , I could always get it. So, 就偷几天鸡， 等运气回来， 在牵羊。

    1 contract = $2,250
    20  = $45,000
    but I don't think you will play 20 contract for an account less than $200,000

2) if you only do one trade of whole day, 1 tick gain if fine. But with the goal of 4 points, you have to do multiple trades, and some of them will be loss trades. For each trade, the stop loss is between 1.25 to 1.75 points.  You may out of trade, before you see thses loss, but always some loss, for sure.  So your gain of each win trades should at least 4 ticks on average with certain win ratio, to make your green day.
