人说看事情有三个阶段，看山是山，看山不是山，看山还是山。你现在是在第二个阶段，看山不是山。我已经是第三个阶段，看山还是山啦。

我们现在不是在说什么虚幻的人权普市价值一类的东西，我们说的是实实在在的：胡同还有很多别的网站都被GFW屏蔽了，国内看不到。

我不是说中共完全不能对网络监控，但是现在GFW打击面太广了。已经把中共以前的”统一阵线“的优良传统全部都丢掉了，反而把一些本来中立的人推到对立面去。padme 发表于 2010-1-17 09:08

Just to add in case you "mixed up", Canada, France, Germany, originally are all WHITE, all from the same club, so they don't count.

And Janpa was "RAPED" under the gun point... so does not count either.
India was a demorcracy since day one , but they are too "dumm /weak" to make a difference.

另外说说这个白名单制度。刚听说的时候我是非常气愤的。但是这两天想了一想，如果各项条件都合适，也能变成好事。怎么说呢，第一，比如讲像胡同这样的股票网站，莫名其妙被封了，不但不知道原因，甚至连找谁去申诉都不知道。这就是黑名单的坏处。变成白名单，办网站的人至少知道可以找谁去申请了。

第二，主要还是要看这个白名单上有多少网站参与。如果全世界90%的网站都提出申请并获得批准加入了白名单，那么这个制度就是成功的。如果只有10%的网站提出申请并获得批准加入白名单，那这个制度就是不成功的。问题是，中国现在有没有吸引力吸引90%的网站申请白名单，中共有没有度量批准90%的申请网站加入白名单。外国网站有没有方便快捷的方式申请并加入白名单。而且白名单上网站的多少，是有正反馈效应的。加入的越多以后申请的也会越多。加入的越少以后申请的也会越少。

如果这个白名单制度加入的网站太少，中国就会变成实质上的闭关锁国的制度。中国公司在跟外国公司做生意的时候，由于了解到的信息比别人少，就会处于非常不利的地位。

其实说到底，还是实力说话。现在的问题是，中国有这样的实力推行白名单而又不变成闭关锁国吗？

至于外国人说什么，可以不管。（有些人说外国人反对的我就一定支持，外国人支持的我就一定反对，这个还是太把外国人当回事了。）

如果中国政府妥协，我们应该说，这是对中国网民们的妥协，不是对外国公司的妥协。
