Speaking at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Economic Symposium in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Bernake said that the Zero Interest Rate Policy (ZIRP) is unlikely to change in the coming months. He added that it is his opinion that there is no short-term risk of deflation. However Federal economic stimulus can only drive recovery temporarily. For a sustained expansion to take hold, growth in consumer spending and business fixed investment will need to come more into focus, he said.

我猜，反弹应该没有结束，理由是刚才那段拉升很强，不应该是1 leg up。
