Sentiment Conditions - Ratio VIX:SPX Daily Market Thought 06092010
Last session vix made new low below 18 August and we have spx 25 pts ( <2%) below high of 18 August.
I focus and look to vix only to check sentiment conditions and this pattern is a clear sign of complacency, so this is a bearish signal. This signal not guarantee a reversal of the market next session but alert complacency conditions. SPX above 1090 short-term trend up intact. Click to zoom in.
