权机构日前曝光了一段印尼安全部队士兵虐待囚犯的视频。录像中，几名士兵将一名犯人的下体点燃，凭其如何痛苦尖叫全然不理，最终该犯人被打死。这段视频已经在印尼掀起轩然大波。
