欧洲面临1000年来最冷的寒冬

俄罗斯英语电视新闻频道RT报导，气象专家预测，今年欧洲将面临1000年来最冷的冬天。

    专家说，今年欧洲冬天会特别冷，与墨西哥湾暖流速度减慢有关，这几年来速度已减慢一半。波兰科学家说，这意味墨西哥湾暖流将无法缓和北极风的冷气流，而当墨西哥湾暖流完全停止不动时，欧洲将进入新的冰河期。

    现在才10月，俄罗斯已出现冷冬迹象，中部地区比平常温度低了几度。

    俄国顶尖气象专家札伏德臣科夫说：「虽然预测下个月气温的准确度只有七成，但我发现超冷冬天的可能性很高。到了11月，我们就能更准确判断。」

    俄国刚经历有纪录以来最热的夏天，俄国当局被今夏的野火烧得焦头烂额，现在又可能遇上千年来最冷的寒冬，当局如临大敌，已拟定协助民众过冬的办法，最担忧的是可能被冻死的街友，社工人员和警察已奉命强迫街友接受帮助。当局也开始检查建筑物的空调系统。

    另据英国每日邮报报导，英国人也准备迎接摄氏零下20度的寒冬。气象专家预测，英国将接连两个寒冬，上个冬季是31年来最冷的冬天。

    气象公司Positive Weather Solutions预测，明年1月和2月将有连续大雪和低温，苏格兰的艾尔特纳哈拉村将接近去年创下的摄氏零下22.3度低温纪录。

It will.
I remember Russia cut off natural gas supply to EU last winter. As a result, natural gas price went up.
I believe Russia will play this kind of game this year again.
