If you don't believe me, go to several buffet Chinese restaurants which serve Clawfish, taste each of them, you will find out they taste exactly the same. Then you go to some American restaurant to taste their clawfish, you will find out exact the same taste. Of course, not always.
That is because the Chinese import clawfish are already cooked/seasoned. The restaurants do not need to do anything but heat them and serve. |
