very good question.
I still wait for setup, even on short time period, like 3 mins. Money and trade management is still the key.

this morning after open I bought at 1118, it looked like double bottom. Stop was 2 points, targets were 2 points and the gap. So the first target 2 points was reached, the 2nd didn't, I got stopped out with break even. But I still wanna buy. After bar 10, I wanna buy pull back somewhere between 1114-1115, but it didn't pullback. So I ended up chasing at 1115.75 and 1116. Targets are the same, 2 points and the gap. Stop was below today's low.

yeah, I wanna get out at bar 26 also, then decided to see how it closed.
Bar 26 actually filled ES gap, but I got a little greedy for SPY gap, not much diff though.

干什么都是有入门条件的，绝大多数是不行的，比如业余的不能盯盘就不行，全神贯注才能玩括头皮，身体和意志不行也是得不偿失的。。。。。。
