2. Put call ratio too bullish?? no, we are still climbing the wall of worry, but we'd rather pay option premium than commit to shares.
3. there will be plenty of buy-dips, no sell-tops.
4. However, even with all these bullish signs, the tide can change fast. Meaning risk is high, though worth taking.
