I know, all of us are looking for the pullback or even dreaming of a market crashing event.
We also have some strong cases to support the weakness of the market. Here is one of them:
$NYSI：There is a divergence between $NYSI and SPX. It may indicate that we are heading to some sort of weakness in the current market.
Oh, here is one more:
SPX A50: There is a divergence between SPX A50 and SPX itself…sound good to me to short the market at this moment.
But wait!
SPX50: But if we see in a different view, we may face a large rally sooner or later???!!!
Did you see that? A large rally is coming soon!!! This is really scary for the shorts. If bulls can hold this divergence and rally from here, then a lot of shorts will cover their position. The real pullback may come January -February 2018?
This is just a warning for the shorts, that’s all. Stop tight If you are shorting the market.
