首先你别着急，开始做没有不赔钱的。我赔大钱的时候几个月晚上都睡不好的滋味，现在想着都怕，那可是一辈子的积蓄啊！所以呢不要急。

其次，想提高水平一定要看书，不要想当然的做。你想啊，做股票的要么是大投资机构，你没法跟他们竞争吧？剩下的散户，很多都是专业炒股，至少十多年的经验，你怎么跟这些人竞争？问问自己的优势在哪里？你凭什么能在股市里挣钱？所以啊，至少你要把你自己用知识武装起来吧？这样你最差也比大多数业余的没时间学习的散户们有优势吧。

Option 我不推荐，不是新手能做的，所以没有书，呵呵。

然后呢，你要先用模拟账户做至少几个月，直到你找出适合你的稳定赚钱的方法后，才可以真正的在股市里做。这个阶段主要是用来试验并形成自己的固定的操作模式，比如选什么样的股票，怎么定Stop Loss，什么时候套利等等。一定要有这样的固定模式的，而不是当事件发生了再临时想该怎么办。

最后要多看看炒股票的人的blog，能学到很多书上没有的东东，http://www.instantbull.com/ 里面是排名最前面的trader blog，选一些加到你的Feed Reader (比如http://www.netvibes.com/)，每天都看看他们写的东东，对技术提高是非常有益的。

5. Daytrading University Trading Course, one of best trading courses for day trader. I learned how to day trade from this. Great one.

DTU trading course 1-8 module (14 splited RAR files, you need download them all first and unzip together to get a PDF file)

My advice is, print it out and spend 1-2 weeks to read and digest it (depends on your trading experience). Then come back to the market, you will find you can trade at totally different level.

If you didn't have much training on day trade, you might wanna spend sometime studying the Daytrading University training course.

If you are an option trade, you will like my favorite option strategy handbook and CD from optionetics. (there are 15CD. I like them b/c I can load them in my Iphone and listen to them whenever I am free.)

If you haven't read John Carter's and John Murhpy's books before, I suggest you take a look at them, great ones.
