A 120m long wooden replica of 1666 London was set ablaze on a platform in the River Thames in London to mark 350 years since the Great Fire. The fire destroyed much of the city, and raged for four days.

Some lesser known Central Asian sports including horseback wrestling, bone throwing and eagle hunting have been on display at the World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan.
