It is away too early, might take 2-3 weeks at least to be able to short effectively. Meaning, won't be able to follow next big move down. But only a weak pull-up afterwards can prove it is time to short. The overall market sentiment points to long and buy any pullback at this point.
By the way, shallow BB only indicates market consolidation. That means next breakout is big, but could be at either up or down direction. As for the red cloud above, it won't be effective if we see other indicator showing higher high here.
