看看wiki上对于Blasphemy laws的解释http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blasphemy。美国没有被列在那些刑法里还有亵渎罪的国家列表里面。而谈到美国的时候，请注意这两段话，更要重点看最后加重的美国最高法院的判决。

The last person to be jailed in the United States for blasphemy was Abner Kneeland in 1838, as decided by the Massachusetts case Commonwealth v. Kneeland. However, this was prior to the ratification of the 14th Amendment incorporating the Bill of Rights to apply to the states and not just the federal government.

The US Supreme Court in Joseph Burstyn, Inc v. Wilson, 343 U.S. 495 (1952) held that the New York State blasphemy law was an unconstitutional prior restraint on freedom of speech. The court stated that "It is not the business of government in our nation to suppress real or imagined attacks upon a particular religious doctrine, whether they appear in publications, speeches or motion pictures."

不是总是有建议说要根据中美两国公认的邪教正教的说法来界定网络论坛里对正邪的把握么？那好，我们也可以很可理喻地说，对这里帖子尺度的把握，就来根据中美两国的世俗法律和案例来实施好了。

既然攻击宗教教义不违犯美国法律，我另一个帖子里也举证了在公共场所反基也不违犯中国法律，那些关于这里反基是侵犯他人宗教自由的呱噪，就歇了吧。弱！
