水下相机 or water-proof case.

Either available in market. I saw both and used the latter before.

但是除非在水里照（似乎看不出来是这样），离浪这么近地在空气里照的话，镜头上可能会沾有水珠？

I was taking a river rafting (漂流 ). and used a camera with water-proof case.
The photos looked similar to those here (but not so beautiful).

Water proof case looks like a transparent box with an external 快门线 遥控器. When you use it, put your camera in, seal the cover, then, , ,
Presently, you can find some simplified device doing same thing, in market, at inexpensive price.
