I am assuming you are thinking this in China not in the U.S., is it?
1) think about the cost of the company: health exam, people screening, advertising, etc. Will the 30% cut able to cover all the costs?
2) thinking what the company can bringing benefit to the end customer. security, guarantee etc.
3) the company format is very much like job agent. Thinking this way that how do they secure long term contract, avoid the "worker" went over with the client directly.
the customer can change the "worker" but can not terminate the contract ? |
