you mean you bought  july PUT?

When? I sold all my PUT(including Aug. PUT) last Wednesday, but it was one day early.
I sold my ISRG 150PUT at 2.9, it was 10 on last Thurdays, with other PUTs similiar like ISRG.

From What I see so far, DOW will down at least 100 points tomorrow at some points, could be more.

You can try to buy some July PUT tomorrow to try luck. depending on your account size, say you can try to spend $500 buy some july PUT with 0.05 or 0.1(so you can buy more). Make Sure You sell All before CLOSE.

While, if open very low, then wait for the first pullback to buy.

It is a range market so far.

Buy low and sell/short high, do not always be a bear.

Also do not always try to short, last year I gained big not because I shorted, I won by mostly buying dip.
This year I am positive, but compared to last year much worse, mainly because I sold all my long position too early

Short would not get you rich, long may be.

brother, you had chance to get out, but didn't I guess.  the most valuable thing I learned is put on a stop loss for initial position, and move the stop up if it goes you way. never move it down.  you might win less, but you won't loss big.  
anyway, easy said than done.   best of luck

i have similar policy. does not work recently. almost always triggered with close stop. larger stop turned out to be loss.

It even does not have a small dip.
