如题。今天是9月1号，所以我选昨天刚上市的房子，加到HouseSigma的watch list里，这样就很容易知道什么时候这些房子卖出去了。

以下是今天的随机选择（4套Detached，2套Condo，2套Semi，2套Townhouse），整个九月，我会随时更新他们买卖的情况。

这次按理应该比较好卖，因为价格都比较便宜。

Condos continues to be in trouble in Toronto. YOY same week we have triple the new listings, less sales. MOI is trending up for the third week in row, prices softening too. Freehold new inventory is more than double last year (Peaking?)

又卖掉两套。目前卖掉的3套都是sold over asking，很火啊！这第三套我看不懂，怎么连续不断的sold then terminated then sold 然后又terminated。

又卖出去一套。另外有一套降价（termianted）。目前卖出去的都是sold over asking。非常火啊。

President and CEO of Royal Lepage Phil Soper says people have been saving their money and waiting on the sidelines for more supply in the housing market which is why any new listings are getting swallowed up and are not relieving prices.

大家都觉得房子好赚钱。这跟TSLA一样，大家都抢着买。

又有一套房子降价。这房子其实list了很久了，从去年9月就开始，坚持要卖238万，现在不得不降价，看看能不能卖掉吧？感觉确实150万以上的房子很难卖。这个跟股市牛市后期一样，最后就只能大股涨，其他股都不涨反跌了，表示大家其实都没钱了。

再一看，笑死了，这个货是2017年高点抢的，258万，乖乖隆地动。房价不是all time high了吗？怎么还会出现这种情况？离2017年的价格差好远啊。

又卖出去一套Semi。有一套terminated（降价）。到目前为止都是130万以下的卖掉了。Condo好像没人要了。

总结一下，130万以下的房子好卖。但是Condo可能没人要了。

月末了，又有两套Condo sold conditionally。本月售出7套，算是创纪录了，但是趋势明显，都是便宜房子。贵的很难卖。
