Four people died and at least 50 were injured in a terror attack near the Houses of Parliament in London. Doctors and nurses were seen running from nearby St Thomas' Hospital to help those injured on Westminster Bridge while MP Tobias Ellwood was pictured giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to PC Keith Palmer, who was fatally stabbed. The attacker was killed by armed police.
