Yes, it predicts something upcoming.
2013 lowest TNX=1.4 ar May 1st,
记得那时15年mortgage rate= 2.5
现在没有这么好的mortgage rate 了。

3.5的30年房贷促发了房泡。

自fed宣布taper后，感觉市场已欣然接受3, 但3.5会让fed出手，届时市场应会震荡，短期可能股市钱会往债市跑。
