富家女杰西卡•肯纳韦举办生日派对，扰民三英里。

10月30日电 据外媒报道，派对肯定是会很吵闹的，但是英国德文郡的一位富家女杰西卡•肯纳韦(Jessica Kennaway)所举办这场18岁生日派对，不仅仅是吵到了隔壁的邻居，方圆3英里(约合4.8公里)的居民均受到了干扰。

报道称，杰西卡的这场派对过于喧闹，其音乐声吵得方圆三英里内的三个村落的居民整夜都没能好好休息。直到第二天早上七点钟，警察敲响了杰西卡住所的房门，要求其将音乐声音关小，这场派对才宣告结束。

杰西卡派对所在的豪华住所，已经被肯纳韦家族拥有210年。且该场所最近10年已对外开放，用于举办婚礼或者音乐会等。附近的居民们称，之前从来没有从这里传来过这么吵闹的声音。当地市政委员会已经要求18岁的杰西卡向居民们致歉。

据悉，杰西卡这场派对是为庆祝一个朋友的18岁生日及她自己开始休学生活。派对共邀请了60余名客人。
