Okay, let's take the reality as bulls. Unfortunately FED is much more eager to get out of QE than we had hoped. We shall move on by accepting the condition but also keeping in mind that QE3 is still in place unless economy data justify FED's rosy prediction.
Given these considerations, the general equity action, most likely, is a side-way move on the weekly chart. We still think there is a hope for the equity to retest the (lower) high on the weekly chart, and we shall decide whether to enter a bear market or not after that retest. That's the consideration for the long-term position.
A stop loss based on this consideration is the S/R band below. If the band is easily abandoned by big guys, we should all fold. |
