请教：汽车保险的责任问题

1。据说一家人（父母，子女，配偶。。。）的汽车保险如果都在同一个POLICY之中，
大家所有的车都必须由户主拥有， 是这样的吗？
2。 那么这个POLICY中任何一个DRIVER出了责任车祸，
户主承担责任？还是DRIVER承担责任？
当这个户主，是否很危险？

It depends on which state you are living in, and also depends on your insurance policy.
For example, in NJ, #1: yes. #2: neither the driver nor the policy holder would have to pay except for the deductible to fix their own car, that is why you have insurance for beginning with. Of course that your rate may go higher because of the accident.

Actually, it could be even cheaper if you are having a big family and you go for separate policies.

It depends on the liability level that you bought for your policy...if the damage is big and your liability coverage is too low, then of course your are in a big trouble...but they probably cannot take your house...in NJ they cannot, your may need to talk to your insurance agent or a lawyer for the right answer.
