The bonds are so far okay since we still have higher lows along the way, though ZB looks worse.
Neither can make new high decisively ... well, this is understandable because ES/NQ can't make new low decisively either.
At best they will go side way for a while waiting for further news from Europe.

Don't bet EURO will go nose dive right away even if the chart pattern is bearish ... expect side way for a while
JPY is posed to go back to the trendline ... it is a rare case that USD is appreciating against both EURO and JPY ... which means you want to long DX ...

The good news is that ES/NQ are out of the down trend line, and the bad news is that they are still in triangles.
So maintain the call of side-way/down-drift actions. However, it should be pointed out that ES is becoming stronger ... NQ remains weak ...

Indeed, if you went through last year's crash, you know Europeans will move really slow ... AGAIN. But should we be more bearish than last year? I don't think so!

As for EURO bonds,

German and French rates are down ...
Italian and Spanish rates are up ...

An important development is French rate declined dramatically and continued to do so today ... indicating more outflow of money from the peripheral countries ....

Update on the indices ...
Still in triangles, but ES is turning more bullish. This is second day in a row. Bears should take note!
Also, it might form a double bottom pattern if it consolidates here further ... See the zigzag pattern on the chart ...

There was a very good entry in shorting EURO at 1am CA time. Unfortunately I missed it.
After that we've got a new low this morning ...
JPY is reversing after touching the trend line ... apparently everyone is watching it!

Here is a similar plot for ES ...
You have to agree that ES touched the uptrend line again in the last push up, so the upward momentum has not reduced!
Be careful when shorting ...
