Looking at XOMA that also put 11 M shares to public in June 9 and then the price continuously went down from 1.22 to 0.92 utill 11 M had been distributed into Market. I guess that EPCT should have the same situation and its price will be stable after the additional shares are put into Market except a good news coming out.
