    IB also charges additional fee for future index. They just channel the feel from the exchange to their customer.

yes, IB has feed for all futures. I guess they are free if your monthly commission is >= $20.

if you need real time intraday future data, go to www.mirusfutures.com or www.ampfutures.com to apply demo account. Or use thinkorswim demo which is not very good.

oh, IB charges additional fee for SPX, and VIX, but you can get free feed for ES Sep 2010, etc.
