bring new laptops to China - urgent

I bought some new laptops to bring to China as gifts to nieces and nephews.  Are there restrictions at the airport?  
They're Windows 7 English version.  How can they be converted to Chinese?  What are the other softwares do I need to installed so that they can be used by Chinese?
Are laptops cheaper in the USA than those in China?

我一般带两台，没问题。美国是要比中国便宜。先update，看available updates的optional部分有没有language pack，windows7 ultimate是可以从update下载中文language pack，转成中文界面的，win7 home就不行了。google “vistalizator” ，可以找到如何转中文的方法，follow他的步骤就可以搞定了。

nobody cares. u just need to install the chinese version windows which u can get illegal copy from everywhere in zhong guan chun area :)

"some" is a bad idea.  I've seen people got caught in the custom because of that.  2 laptops are generally OK.

How do I know it's Windows Home or Ultimate?  If it's Home, do I have to purchase to upgrade to Ultimate?
When you brought 2 laptops back, did you have to open them as if they were used or, had them in the boxes as brand new?

If I had to to install the Chinese version windows 7, what's the procedure, remove the English version first or, it's just an upgrade?  It seems scary to remove the operating system.  Are there reputable web sites that I can follow?

这个应该没问题！其实有些做IT的人，可以下载到language pack，你可以打听一下朋友。

电脑原配软件本来就是一堆垃圾，版本不好也就罢了，还托慢系统速度。建议全新安装win7 ultimate, 可以中英文互换，再装一些decent的软件，系统整洁清爽。
