(ZT) possible reason for today's reverse at 12pm

Anybody understand this scenario? I see 20M volume in 1 hour to pump qqqq from 43.3 to 43.8. Is it a triggered programing trading that cause bears to cover or new bulls step in?
The triangle formed recently was broken on both side, but it closed above the upper line, with volume. Are bulls (or rebounce again) coming?

大资金，几个B吧，集中pump 几个重点dow指数股，比如C JPM，就能做到，然后其他计算机程序自然跟上了。
