Last week's drop seems indicating something different, there maybe 10-20% correction coming. The questions is if this prediction is correct, what's the best play in the coming weeks.
1) USD up, China is trying to cool down, Europe has PIGS problem
--> Oil, gold, and other commodity will continue go down, solar will under pressure too
2) Politics and uncertainty in financial
--> banks will continue under pressure, but this could change over night, watch next week carefully
3) Sectors that benefits from China and low dollor will be suffer
--> more drop for CAT, X, and large cap companies with alot international exposure
4) Some of the Technology maybe over valued
--> goog, appl, amzn is topping, their size are too big to sustain the growth, their high PEs are not warranted.
5) Health care, HMOs have regain favor after MA election, not sure how long it will last though.
Not sure what will happen to other sectors, but small cap maybe continue to outperform.
Just my 2 cent under the presumption that more drops ahead. YMYD!
