You may be able to find good deals(around $400k - $500k) in nice neighbourhood in southern CA;
I can't  find any good deals(<=$750K) in bay area.

没错，是这样的。50万以下的房子现在很抢手。主要是些condo, attached home, etc.  有个朋友50万以下递过好几个offer，结果都抢不过别人。Agent也说50万以上的房子买主很少。
