成交最多的10万到30万绝大多数是FORECLOSURES吧

You may be able to find good deals(around $400k - $500k) in nice neighbourhood in southern CA;
I can't  find any good deals(<=$750K) in bay area.

100-300K those are in not so good neighborhood or one ~ two bedroom condos.

houses in nice neighborhood are at least 500k.

No way you can get single-family houses in good neighborhood for <$500k.

没错,是这样的。50万以下的房子现在很抢手。主要是些condo, attached home, etc.  有个朋友50万以下递过好几个offer,结果都抢不过别人。Agent也说50万以上的房子买主很少。
