这段时间的研究心得3----price action, price reaction, price pattern

price action is the initial move,

price reaction is the reversal move,

price pattern is what you see afterwards.

when you can identify some of them, or even one of them, you have your gold mine


When the first price action ocurrs, traders can't wait to jump in and are afraid to miss the move.

Then price reaction ocurrs, some traders stop out, some still in the trade and wish for miracle. After the initial price reaction, there is general a pause, some traders who  are trapped could average down and feel more pains afterwards.

This price action + price reaction combo makes a price pattern.

look at the price pattern I posted earlier again, more thoughts now?
